Key Elements of the Winter Academy

The 2014 Winter Academy is due to begin December 1 with 3 training centers. Training centers are located in Huntersville, Ft. Mill, and Shelby. The program is fast paced. Ball mastery is a major focus of the program. Players will spend an extensive amount of time working and mastering various footwork sequences. We work on a players ability to see the field and read, recognize, play. There is a major empasis on quickness and agility. We do this in a comprehensive and progressive manner during the program.
