Help me understand the Summer Academy Part II

Date Posted: 6/3/2010

Is your program still taking players? It is one of the most asked questions. Let us explain. Due to the number of weeks that the program is offered, we have an open rolling enrollment. We understand that plans change for families for varying reasons. We have always been flexible and accommodating to families. It is the main reason that The Summer Academy covers 10 weeks. We know that players want to train leading into their club or school seasons during the summer. We also know that there are family vacations, varying types of camps that children/youth attend. There has to be a good bit of flexibility on our part to make the program work. We have done that.

The program is focused on improving the following areas:

  1. Speed, Agility, and Quickness with and without the ball.
  2. Upper and lower body strength.
  3. Core
  4. Technical ability
  5. Vision
  6. Decision making
